Reeves is a grant and funding opportunity management platform operated by SNJ Strategic Solutions. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Account information: the name, email address, and organization details you provide when you create an account.
- Organizational profile: the answers and documents you submit during onboarding, such as mission, programs, budgets, board rosters, and tax documents. You choose what to upload.
- Platform activity: the opportunities matched to you, decisions recorded, applications tracked, deadlines, assignments, and files exchanged with your grant team.
- Technical data: standard log information such as access times and general location, used to keep the service secure.
How we use it
Your information is used to run the service: matching opportunities to your organization, scoring fit and eligibility, managing applications and deadlines, scheduling writers, and communicating with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's private organizational information to benefit another customer.
AI and automated processing
Reeves uses automated systems, including AI models, to search for opportunities, evaluate fit against your organizational profile, estimate effort, and draft and summarize content. Automated scoring is advisory. A human at your organization or on your grant team decides what to pursue, and every score is explained in plain language rather than delivered as a black box. Your organizational documents may be processed by these systems to perform those functions.
Who can see your information
Access is restricted by role. Your organization sees only its own records. Grant writers see only the work assigned to them. Administrators of your workspace see the organizations they manage. We use service providers to operate the platform, including cloud hosting, storage, email delivery, and payment processing, and they may process data only to provide those services to us.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Records are retained rather than deleted during normal use, because grant history and prior decisions inform future matching and are often needed for funder reporting and audits.
If you cancel, you may request deletion of your organizational data by emailing [email protected]. We will delete or de-identify your profile, documents, and application records within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or funder compliance reasons. You may request a copy of your data at any time.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
On our public website (not inside the Reeves application), we use two kinds of cookies. First-party attribution cookies remember which campaign or link brought you to the site so we can measure what works; they contain no personal information and identify no one. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, and the Reddit and Meta advertising pixels) help us understand how the site is used and measure our ads. These load only after you choose Accept on the consent bar. If you choose Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, they never load. Your choice is remembered for 12 months and you can change it at any time by clearing your cookies for getreeves.ai. We do not sell personal information, and we never send names, email addresses, organization names, documents, or payment details to any advertising platform from your browser.
Security
Documents are stored in access-controlled storage, access to the platform requires verified login, and permissions are enforced on our servers rather than in your browser. No system is perfect, and we will notify affected customers promptly if we learn of a breach involving their information.
