What you will practice
Responsible AI guardrails
What AI does well, what it must never decide, and the source, draft, verify, revise, approve loop.
Go / no-go decisions
Build an eligibility matrix for a fictional case and decide Pursue, Parking Lot, or Pass with evidence.
Measurable project design
Turn a broad idea into activities, outputs, and SMART outcomes with a measurement owner.
Human-led narratives
A prompt-and-verification workflow for a first draft in your organization's real voice.
Red-team an AI draft
Find the unsupported claims in a persuasive draft and repair them with facts or [VERIFY] tags.
Budget integrity and QA
Reconcile budget, narrative, and outcomes, then run a five-point final review.
You leave with a screening rubric, a project-logic template, a QA checklist, a 30-day plan, and the participant workbook. The session closes with a brief look at how Reeves fits the workflow. Joining a product demonstration is never required.
Reserve your free seat
Seats are limited so the small groups stay small. Your Zoom link and workbook arrive by email at least 24 hours before the session.
Good to know
Certificate of completion
Issued to participants who attend at least 180 of the 240 minutes, take part in two group exercises, and submit the exit reflection. It is a certificate of completion, not continuing-education credit or professional certification.
Not a sales presentation
The instructor leads real exercises on a fictional case. Reeves appears in one short segment near the end, and an optional deeper walkthrough is available afterward for anyone who wants it.
Bring your own questions
Use fictional or redacted examples only during exercises. Never paste client data or confidential financials into an AI tool.
Paid sessions in 2027
All three 2026 sessions are free. We will use participant feedback to shape the program and may introduce paid registration in January 2027.
